05 / HOW IT WORKS
You choose a plan and send us your requirements.
We define the pages, languages and features you need.
The website is built with a €0 upfront creation fee, under the terms of the contract.
The hosting, technical maintenance and, where available, the content change allowance included in the plan.
You can continue renting or buy the website out under the terms set out in the contract.
Under the planned model, the buyout can be chosen after 24 full monthly fees have been paid. The buyout amount is 40% of the original one-off website creation base price stated in the contract.
Indicative examples (net): START €119.60 excl. VAT, BUSINESS €219.60 excl. VAT, PREMIUM €339.60 excl. VAT. These may not apply to every custom project and are not guaranteed amounts.
Buyout rights, the files to be handed over, licences and services after the buyout are governed by the final contract. Transfer of ownership is not automatic.
06 / CONTENT CHANGES
BUSINESS includes 90 and PREMIUM includes 150 minutes of simple content changes per month. In START, content updates can be ordered on request and are charged separately.
These can be done under a custom quote. Simple content changes ordered separately beyond the allowance: €30 per hour excl. VAT, with prior approval. Unused time does not carry over.
07 / ADD-ONS
WebRent is not only for simple websites. Whatever you need can be added under a separate quote.
These are not automatically part of the base monthly fee. Pricing can be a one-off development fee, an adjusted monthly fee or a combination of both. The €30/hour rate for simple changes does not apply to complex development.

It means we do not charge a one-off development fee for building the website. It does not mean the first monthly fee or the domain is free, nor that the website automatically becomes yours at no cost.

Yes, the domain is paid separately. The estimated cost is €6–15 per year, depending on the extension and registrar. Connecting the domain is part of the plan.
