How usage is billed

Predictable monthly costs, with no surprise invoices.

01Monthly allowance
The monthly fee includes an AI allowance set in euros.
02Alert at 80%
When 80% of the allowance is used, we let you know by email.
03Overage billed later
Usage above the allowance is billed at the actual API cost plus a 20% handling fee, at the end of the month.
04Spending cap
An agreed monthly ceiling: once reached, the service pauses or the allowance can be raised.

Your own API key

If you use your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google account, you pay the provider for usage directly and we only charge the monthly fee.

Transparent AI

Under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, the chat tells visitors that they are talking to an AI. Every package includes this.

All prices exclude VAT. Overage is always billed on the actual, verifiable API cost. The chosen AI provider, the spending cap and the data processing terms are set out in the contract.
