1. Quote requests and conclusion of the contract

PageMake services are operated and provided by VeronaJob s.r.o. (the "Provider").

Requesting a quote through the website is free of charge, creates no payment obligation and does not in itself constitute an order.

Based on the client's requirements, the Provider prepares an individual quote setting out the content of the service, its total price, the committed delivery deadline and any additional costs. The contract is concluded when the quote is accepted, under the terms agreed by the parties.

2. Advance payment

50% of the total fee for the ordered service is payable as an advance.

For the advance, the Provider issues a pro forma invoice or another appropriate payment document. The advance can be paid by bank transfer only, to the bank account stated.

Development work begins once the advance has been received and the necessary client materials have been provided, according to the agreed schedule.

For the advance received, the Provider issues the required document in accordance with the applicable Slovak tax and invoicing legislation.

3. Presentation and approval

Once development is complete, the Provider presents the finished website to the client in a test environment.

The client may check whether the website meets the accepted quote and the requirements set out in the contract.

The Provider carries out the changes and bug fixes defined in the contract. Development beyond the original order may be subject to a separate agreement and fee.

The parties may record the approval of the website in writing, including electronically.

4. Final payment

Once the website has been completed in accordance with the contract and approved by the client, the remaining 50% becomes due.

The Provider issues a final invoice in accordance with the applicable invoicing rules, in which the advance already paid is settled.

The client must pay the remaining amount by bank transfer by the due date stated on the invoice.

5. Launch and handover

Once the full contract price has been received, the Provider launches the website on the agreed domain and hands over to the client the access, documentation and other deliverables due under the contract.

The fees and terms for the domain, hosting, maintenance and other services related to the website are agreed separately by the parties where they are not part of the accepted quote.

6. Withdrawal, termination and settlement of the advance

Termination of the contract, exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal and refund of the advance are governed by the applicable Slovak legislation and the lawfully accepted contractual terms.

Paying the advance does not in itself mean that the consumer loses the statutory right of withdrawal.

If, at the consumer's express request, performance of the service begins during the withdrawal period, the Provider provides the necessary information and declarations in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The value of services already performed and any amount to be refunded are settled in line with the mandatory provisions of the law.

7. AI integration: monthly fee and usage-based billing

The fee for AI integration services (AI CHAT, AI PRO, AI CUSTOM) consists of a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee. The advance and final invoice rules in sections 1 to 5 apply to the setup fee.

The monthly fee covers operation, monitoring and a monthly AI usage allowance set in euros. Unused allowance does not carry over to the following month unless the contract states otherwise.

When 80% of the allowance has been used, the Provider notifies the client by email. Usage above the allowance is invoiced after the end of the month concerned, based on the actual, verifiable cost charged by the AI provider plus a 20% handling fee.

The parties agree a monthly spending cap in advance. Once the cap is reached, the service pauses until the end of the month, or the cap can be raised at the client's request.

If the client uses their own API key, they pay the AI provider for usage directly and the Provider only invoices the monthly fee. The monthly fee is payable monthly in advance by bank transfer.

PageMake CMS

Exclusively for websites built by PageMake.

The CMS monthly fee is separate: it does not include website development, hosting or PageMake Care. Prices exclude VAT. The introductory offer duration, setup and final terms are specified in your individual quote. Automatic payments and invoicing are not implemented.

Editable elements depend on website integration. New sections and pages use the integrated content models and templates. Analytics requires tracking integration and appropriate privacy settings. Agentic AI requires a configured AI provider; usage and costs are limited.
